Responsibility details are not available.
Dual Exo is a color range from the AK Interactive brand, listed in numbered pairs. The shades are always grouped in twos under the same number, so the shade 17A Graphite Blue belongs in the same pair as this shade designated 17B. Lunar Blue is a blue tone that suits cases where blue is meant to be strong but not garish.
A bottle holding 60 ml, that is a container that will last for larger areas and for repeated spraying as well. The surface is satin, that is between flat and gloss. Such a degree of sheen goes well with subsequent panel line work and with decals and is less prone to marks from fingerprints than a full gloss. The shade can also be tuned without trouble with a final matte or gloss varnish, according to how the model is to be finished.
Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging, or rather the thinner made for this range. Mix the paint thoroughly before use, as the pigment settles with blue shades. Apply it in several thin coats and let the surface dry between them, as one thick coat fills the detail in and dries less well. Prepare the base with a base coat, because on blue tones an uneven base shows more than it does with earth colors. Clean the airbrush and the brushes right after working, as dried paint is already hard to remove.
The paint suits models of equipment as well as free work, where a blue area is meant to be saturated and uniform. A thinner, a base coat and a varnish are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
