New Ware 1:48 F-16, F110 engine exhaust nozzle painting masks for cleanly spraying the nozzle of a jet fighter in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A special set of kabuki film painting masks in 1:48 scale from New Ware, intended for spraying the exhaust nozzle of the F110 jet engine of the F-16 fighter. These are not the usual cockpit glazing masks but masks for the segments (the petals) of the nozzle, which make it possible to create a realistic metallic and heat-discolored look.
The nozzle of the F-16 is made up of many overlapping plates with different metallic shades and traces of heat. The masks separate the individual segments so that you can spray various metallic and burnt tones with sharp transitions, without laboriously separating the paint by hand.
Degrease the nozzle part and spray the base metallic tone. Apply the masks one by one as listed, press them down along the edges and pick out the individual segments with metallics and burnt shades in thin coats. Stir metallic paints thoroughly before use.
The package contains masks only; the model, paints and glue are not included.
