Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:144 scale representing the German Daimler-Benz Project F design study. It is a short-run model with a finely engraved surface and a decal sheet for four marking options. The model is built from only a few parts, and the finished fuselage measures about nine centimeters in this scale.
Daimler-Benz Project F is among the paper (never completed) projects of the German aircraft industry of the last years of the Second World War. It was a design for a large multi-engine carrier aircraft that never left the drawing board. German service marks a fictional finish in Luftwaffe colors and markings. It is precisely the unusual and somewhat mysterious nature of the subject that makes it a rewarding piece for collectors of aircraft from the world of the so-called Luft 46.
With short-run toolings it pays first to clean the flash off the parts and to try the fit dry. Glue them with thin cement for plastic, fill the seams and sand them down. Apply a primer before spraying, which evens out the surface and shows up any remaining flaws. An airbrush makes subtle shading of large areas possible; lay the decals onto a gloss coat and fix them with a matte one.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
