Dassault Mirage IIICJ/CZ 1:144 is an injection-molded plastic kit of the supersonic delta-wing fighter from the Mark I Models brand. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.

A kit of the French supersonic Mirage III fighter in two export versions that differ in their operator and their equipment. It is released by the Czech brand Mark I Models in a box whose subtitle is devoted to the speed class of this machine. In 1:144 scale the result is a compact model with the striking silhouette of a delta wing, which suits collections of Cold War jet equipment.
The Mirage III was a single-engine fighter with a tailless layout and a triangular wing, powered by one turbojet with an afterburner. The delta wing gave it a high maximum speed and good performance at great altitudes, in exchange for a longer takeoff run and a higher landing speed. The versions designated CJ and CZ were export fighter variants delivered to two different foreign operators; they differed in instrument equipment and in airframe details. The type became one of the commercially most successful European combat aircraft of its generation and served in a number of countries for decades.
On this type the delta wing is one large part, so its join to the fuselage decides the overall impression: fill the seam and sand it over so that the transition disappears. The seat and the instrument panel only need to be suggested, as the cockpit is practically invisible with the canopy closed. Deal with the natural metal areas around the exhaust nozzle using shades intended for metal surfaces, and only after the rest of the model has been clear coated. Apply the decals with the national insignia over a gloss base and set them with a decal softener so that they settle into the engraved lines.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
