Responsibility details are not available.
This set of injection-molded plastic figures from the maker Trumpeter captures the participants in the ceremony that ended the Second World War, in 1:200 scale. It includes a numerous group of tiny figures and photo-etched accessories, among them a table and chairs for reconstructing the scene on the deck of a battleship. The package contains around seventy figures.
The ceremonial signing of the surrender took place on the deck of an American battleship and brought together dozens of soldiers and representatives of both sides. It is precisely this scene that the set transfers into a small scale suited to ship models. The figures are based on the period uniforms of the participants.
In 1:200 scale these are very tiny parts, so work with tweezers and a sharp knife. Spray the base with an airbrush, suggest the uniforms with a brush and unify the overall look with a fine wash. Glue the photo-etched accessories with cyanoacrylate glue.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
