An aftermarket accessory, not a whole model. The turned metal barrel replaces the plastic barrel from a kit of the American heavy tank and gives the massive gun of 120 mm caliber a faithful straight profile and a sharp muzzle.
The M58 was an American rifled tank gun of 120 mm caliber, the main armament of the M103 heavy tank of the nineteen-fifties. This long gun was intended to destroy Soviet heavy tanks at long range and used separate-loading ammunition served by two loaders.
Exchange the plastic barrel for the metal one, clean up the mating surface and glue the barrel in with cyanoacrylate or epoxy. Degrease the metal before painting and go over it with a primer for the airbrush so that the paint holds.
This is a separate detail accessory (a metal barrel), not a complete kit. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
