Lavochkin La-7 (USSR) 1:72 is a plastic kit of the Soviet Second World War fighter in Soviet colors.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Lavochkin La-7 fighter in 1:72 scale. It is a modern release of a classic older mold with decal markings for machines in Soviet colors. The level of detail matches traditional kits of this kind, so the model is a rewarding and undemanding build.
The Lavochkin La-7 was one of the best Soviet fighters of the closing stage of the Second World War. It grew out of the proven La-5, received aerodynamic refinements and a more powerful engine, and thereby gained an outstanding rate of climb and speed at low level. A number of Soviet aces flew this type, and the machine became a symbol of the Red Army fighter force in the final phase of the war.
With older molds it pays to check the fit of the parts, clean up the mold seams and fill any small gaps with putty. Use cement for plastic and a primer before painting. Paint the cockpit before closing up the fuselage, and lay the decals onto a gloss varnish so that they do not silver.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
