1:48 Mitsubishi A5M4 Claude Green is a finished instrument panel for a model of the Japanese carrier-borne A5M4 fighter in 1:48 scale. In the cockpit it replaces the plastic part and you do not have to paint the dials.

The set from Yahu Models is a single finished part for the cockpit, not a kit. The panel has the instruments in raised relief and color printing from the factory; in the model it is fitted in place of the plastic part from the kit. The word Green in the name refers to the color form of the panel, because Japanese cockpits were built in several shades of interior green.
Compared with a decal: a decal of the dials is flat and has to be softened in order to seat into the relief; on top of that, silvering readily appears under it. A finished panel has the relief and the color in a single piece and is fitted dry, so the look of the cockpit does not depend on how steady your hand is at picking out the dial faces.
The Mitsubishi A5M was the first production carrier-borne fighter of the Imperial Japanese Navy, with an all-metal cantilever wing and fixed landing gear; the Allies listed it under the code name Claude. The A5M4 version was the most widespread production variant and served both from land bases and from the decks of aircraft carriers, later mainly as a trainer. The open cockpit means that on a model practically the whole of it can be seen into, so a finished panel shows more than it would on an aircraft with an enclosed canopy.
Compare the plastic part from the kit with the panel and thin it from the back as required. Handle it with tweezers by the edges; fingerprints do the printing no good. It is glued in spots with cyanoacrylate or with a flexible glue for photo-etched parts. Paint the interior before you fit the panel, and do not spray matte varnish over it, which would take the shine off the dial faces.
