A set of injection-molded plastic figures in 1:24 scale from the French manufacturer Heller. It is a group of firefighter figures in action poses which will bring a diorama to life or work set beside a model of fire equipment. The set belongs to the new range of 1:24 figures which Heller makes from new molds with a clean impression of the detail, striking poses and faithful rendering.
The figures capture French firefighters in typical turnout gear. The figures are designed to complete a scene at an incident: they are in various stances and together they come across as a well-drilled unit. The 1:24 scale is popular for models of automobiles and commercial equipment, so the figures suit larger vehicles as well as stand-alone scenes.
Cut the parts off the sprue with a sharp knife and clean the mold parting lines up with a fine file. Glue the figures together with cement for plastic. The uniforms and helmets will stand out once painted with acrylics and then picked out with a wash and drybrushing; we recommend painting the faces separately and shading them. Before painting it is a good idea to give the figures a primer.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
