1:24 Hawker Typhoon Mk.IB double-sided express masks for Airfix

Painting masks Hawker Typhoon Mk.IB, double-sided (1:24, Art Scale)

A set of pre-cut self-adhesive painting masks by the manufacturer Art Scale for a model of the British fighter-bomber Hawker Typhoon Mk.IB from the Airfix kit in 1:24 scale. The double-sided form contains masks for the outer and the inner side of the glazing, so that the canopy frames look realistically painted from both sides. The parts are numbered and with the enclosed instructions you easily match them to the appropriate transparent surfaces.

Use

• First degrease the transparent parts
• Lift the masks with tweezers and press them precisely onto the frames
• Stick the inner masks on before the canopy is closed up
• Spray in thin coats and remove the mask before the paint hardens completely

Who the masks are for

For modelers building the large 1:24 model who want a cleanly framed canopy even when looking inside. A pre-shaped set replaces lengthy cutting of tape by hand and ensures precise, repeatable results.

Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package. The masks serve only to mask during painting.
