Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit from the Japanese manufacturer Aoshima captures the Nissan Skyline GT-R with the type designation BNR32 in the version of a police patrol car of 1991. The 1:24 scale is the standard for road cars, and the model goes well together with the other vehicles in a collection.
The Nissan Skyline GT-R of the BNR32 type was introduced in 1989 and gave the GT-R name its racing reputation back. It is powered by the RB26DETT inline six-cylinder with a pair of turbochargers, the power is distributed according to the current conditions through the electronically controlled ATTESA E-TS all-wheel drive, and the rear axle received rear-wheel steering. The combination of these elements made the BNR32 the dominant car of Japanese touring racing and, to this day, one of the most sought-after Japanese icons. A few examples also reached Japanese police forces, where thanks to their performance they served as exceptionally fast patrol cars.
A black and white police finish stands on careful masking. Spray the white first, let it dry through properly, then mask it and add the black areas. Apply the decals with the police markings over a gloss surface. Glue the covers of the light bar with cement for clear parts and back their inside with silver paint, so that they stand out better. It is advisable to finish the chassis and the engine bay before you close the body.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
