A plastic kit in 1:24 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Fujimi. The model captures the Subaru Legacy Touring Wagon, a sporting station wagon valued for combining practicality with performance. It is a curbside kit: the body is molded in light-colored plastic, and the package contains clear parts for the glazing, wheels, rubber tires, decals and usually masking stickers for the window frames as well. Glue and paints are not included in the package.
The Legacy Touring Wagon was among the popular Japanese sporting station wagons. In the top GT-B versions it was powered by a turbocharged 2.0 liter boxer engine combined with the all-wheel drive that is typical of Subaru. The car combined family practicality with the dynamics of a sports sedan.
Use liquid modeling cement on the plastic joints. Paint the window frames with the help of the masks supplied. Paint the body over a surfacer with a gloss coat, ideally with an airbrush, and add a clear coat for depth. Apply the decals over a smooth gloss surface.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
