1:24 Typhoon wheels (Eduard Brassin) is a resin detail set of replacement wheels for models of the British Hawker Typhoon fighter-bomber.

A detail set in resin from the premium Brassin line. It is not a model of the aircraft, but a quality accessory that replaces the wheels from a plastic kit with more faithful castings with fine detail on both the tire and the rim. The package usually also holds a painting mask, which makes a clean division between tire and rim easier.
The set is intended for large models of the British Hawker Typhoon fighter-bomber in 1:24 scale. The Typhoon was one of the mainstays of the Royal Air Force (RAF) on the Western Front and made its mark in strikes on ground targets with rockets and bombs. Resin wheels give the landing gear a realistic look, usually with a hint of the tire flattening under load, which plain plastic lacks.
First wash the mold release agent off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Resin is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The tire and the rim are easy to paint thanks to the mask supplied; to finish, a light dusting with pigments works well.
This is a resin accessory, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
