An injection-molded plastic kit of the legendary American light off-road vehicle Willys Jeep MB in 1:24 scale from Italeri, released in an anniversary package for the 80th anniversary (1941-2021). The set usually comes with rubber tires and an extensive decal sheet for several marking options. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Willys MB was a general-purpose off-road vehicle with all-wheel drive that became one of the best-known vehicles of the Second World War. It arose from a US Army requirement for a light multipurpose car and was built in hundreds of thousands of examples; it served in countless roles on every front.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic, sand the joints and spray a primer. Apply the base olive shade with an airbrush and use washes and dry pastel for dust and mud effects when weathering. Assemble and paint the details of the interior and the chassis before final assembly.
