A detail accessory, not a vehicle model. The accurately turned metal barrel replaces the plastic barrel from the kit and offers a perfectly round cross-section with no mold seam and a clean muzzle. This variant captures the 7.5 cm KwK 40 L/48 gun in the version without a muzzle brake. Intended for models of the Pz.Kpfw. IV tank in the Ausf. G late, H or J versions in 1:35 scale.
The 7.5 cm KwK 40 L/48 gun was the main armament of the later versions of the German medium tank Pz.Kpfw. IV. The lengthened barrel markedly increased the antiarmor capability of the vehicle in the second half of the Second World War.
The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
