Pickle Green is a mid green shade from the Opaque Colors acrylic line of the Green Stuff World marque. Green in itself is a wide family, and what makes the difference between the individual tones is above all which way the shade leans. Pickle Green carries a yellowish cast, so it reads naturally and does not come out cool like the greens shifted toward blue.
A green that does not fall into the cold
The most common trouble with green shades is that the finished surface looks artificial. Cool greens sit well on metal and on vehicles, but on fabric, foliage or equipment they read as sterile. A yellowish shift is exactly what returns a shade to its natural position, and that is why such a tone suits places where a green is meant to read organically.
