An injection-molded plastic kit of the British Centurion Mk.5/1 tank in 1:72 scale from Vespid Models in the markings of the 4th Royal Tank Regiment (4th RTR). This Deluxe edition adds 3D-printed parts, photo-etched parts and a metal barrel to the base set for the highest level of detail. The tracks are made as link and length and the decal sheet offers several marking options.
The Centurion is one of the most successful British tanks of the postwar era, valued for its armor protection, good suspension and accurate gun. It served in a number of armies around the world. The Mk.5/1 version is one of the upgraded stages of this type.
First clean any residue off the 3D-printed parts and carefully separate them from the supporting structures, then glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Assemble the running gear before you close the hull. Lay down a primer as a base, paint with an airbrush and bring the detail out with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
