Lifecolor CS55, feldgrau shades 1939 to 1945: a set of six acrylic paints for German uniforms, 22 ml.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of six acrylic paints in bottles of 22 ml, put together around the German field gray. Feldgrau was not one single shade: over the course of the war it varied with the maker of the cloth, with the batch and with how far the wool had faded, and the range runs from a true gray through gray-green to distinctly green and brown tones. The set contains the shades UA464 and UA465 for the tunic and trousers of the field police, UA466 for the greatcoat of a panzer formation commander, UA467 for early artilleryman's trousers, UA468 for the waxed model 40 greatcoat and UA469 for the model 42 greatcoat.
The greatest benefit of the set is precisely that you do not have to mix. Paint the figures in one scene in slightly different shades from the range, and the scene gains in credibility at once, because in reality no two soldiers had cloth faded to the same degree either. Shake the bottles before use; the paints are acrylic, they are thinned with water or with the thinner of the same brand, and the manufacturer lists them as extra matte.
For figure painters, for builders of Second World War dioramas and for anyone who wants German uniforms graded instead of all one color.
Keep the paints out of the reach of children, ventilate the room when spraying and close the bottles after use.
