Omask F-105 Thunderchief wheel bay covers 1:48

This set from Omask contains shaped flexible foam plugs that fill the wheel bays of a model of the F-105 Thunderchief fighter-bomber in 1:48 scale exactly. Before spraying, the plugs go into the bays and close them off, so that no paint runs inside and no dust settles there, and laborious masking with adhesive tape becomes unnecessary. The plugs are shaped for the F-105 kit from Hobby Boss.

Use

• Press the plugs into the wheel bays before painting and varnishing.
• Spray the exterior surfaces of the model; the foam protects the inside of the bays.
• Once the paint has dried, take the plugs out and the bay stays clean in its original color.
• The foam can be used repeatedly as long as it keeps its shape.
