A6M5 Zero gun barrels are resin barrels in 1:32 scale from the maker Quickboost. This is a detail accessory, not a model of the aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set holds resin barrels for the armament of a model of the Japanese Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero fighter in 1:32 scale. The finely cast barrels replace the plastic parts of the kit and look more faithful thanks to a sharper shape and, where applicable, suggested mouths. It is not a model of the whole aircraft.
The A6M Zero is a Japanese carrier fighter of the Second World War. The A6M5 version was one of the most numerous and carried a mix of machine guns and 20 mm cannon placed in the wings. The aircraft was renowned for its agility and long range.
The thin barrels are fragile, so handle them carefully. Wash them free of mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with super glue. Do the sanding with respiratory protection.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
