Resin propellers have the right profile and blade shape, sharp edges and a clean casting with no parting line. On a four-engined machine they are a very visible feature, so the replacement noticeably lifts the overall impression of the model.
First wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply primer before painting; the blades are usually sprayed with an airbrush and completed with warning stripes at the tips.
