A set of printed waterslide decals from the manufacturer Lukgraph in 1:32 scale with a faithful rendering of light plywood grain. The decals make it possible to render the wooden plywood surfaces of a model quickly and consistently, without having to paint the layering of varnish and the growth rings laboriously with a brush. This is not a paint and not a model but a surface accessory.
A number of historic aircraft had their fuselage or parts of their covering made of thin plywood with a pronounced wood grain. A faithful imitation of that grain is among the hardest painting tasks there is; a decal simplifies the whole process and ensures a consistent look over the whole surface.
These are accessory decals. The model of the aircraft, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
