This is not a model of an aircraft but a detail accessory for the cockpit. It is a resin ejection seat of the Escapac type in 1:32 scale, intended to be swapped in for the seat from a plastic kit of the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle fighter. The cast seat carries fine detail of the harness, the handles and the cushioning.
At the large 1:32 scale the cockpit is markedly on view, and a faithful ejection seat is one of the details that lift the overall impression the most. The set is conceived for models of early F-15 versions and replaces the simplified plastic part.
Wash the mold release agent off the seat, cut off the casting block and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Bring out the detail of the harness with washes and a dry brush.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
