This is a photo-etched accessory from the Czech company Eduard in 1:32 scale. It is not a kit, but a small set of etched parts for a faithful rendering of the position lights on the airframe of the F-4 Phantom. It replaces the less convincing plastic elements with a finer version.
The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II was an American two-seat supersonic fighter and strike aircraft with two jet engines, widely used by the air force and the navy alike. Position lights are among the details that liven up the overall look of a model.
Separate the small parts with a sharp knife and bond them with spots of super glue. For a lighting effect the elements can be finished with clear paint. Degrease the surfaces before gluing and work with fine tweezers.
The accessory is supplied without the base model, which is not included in the package.
