A pre-colored set of 3D decals on decal paper from Quinta Studio, intended to equip the interior of a model of the Fairey Swordfish Mk.II torpedo biplane in 1:32 scale in detail. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory that replaces and completes the interior elements of the open cockpits: the instrument panel, the side consoles, the seats, the belts and the equipment. The parts are multi-layered, raised and colored from the factory.
The Fairey Swordfish is a British carrier-borne torpedo biplane that, despite its outdated design, played a key role in the operations of the Second World War. It made its name attacking the Italian fleet and with a hit that helped sink an enemy battleship. The Mk.II version had strengthened lower wings for carrying rockets.
The set is applied much like ordinary decals: the parts are released in water and transferred into place. They are, however, multi-layered flexible 3D decals that do not crack even on edges and create the impression of a raised, color-matched interior. Painting is not necessary.
This is an interior accessory, not an aircraft model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
