1:32 Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-6 is a 3D textured instrument panel and cockpit accessories on decal paper in 1:32 scale. It is applied as a decal, not as a glued part. The set is intended for the Hasegawa kit.

An accessory for the cockpit of a plastic model, not an aircraft kit. The color print with relief texture is laid on decal paper, so it transfers onto the kit part just like markings: soak it off in lukewarm water, slide it into place, line it up and settle it with a decal softener. Nothing is cut from a frame and nothing is glued with plastic cement. The manufacturer cut the sheet for the Hasegawa kit.
The cockpit of the Fw 190 was among the most electrified of its day. The pilot controlled the power unit with a single lever, because a regulator took care of the mixture, the boost pressure and the propeller pitch, and a number of other functions ran through electrical switches. The consequence for the modeler is a very characteristic sight: a compact main panel with densely packed gauges, and with it circuit breaker and switch panels on the side walls that you will not find in other machines of this class. On the A series the fitting out of precisely those panels changed with the armament and the equipment, so the A-6 version has its own form and cannot be interchanged with later or earlier machines.
The Fw 190 has a sliding canopy with a fairly flat profile and narrow framing. Once it is closed, the main panel and the gunsight dominate the view, while the side walls with their circuit breakers hide behind the fuselage sills and will be seen only by someone who builds the model with the canopy slid back. So if you are building a closed cockpit, give the greatest care to the front panel and the seat belts; the side panels are extra work that will be appreciated mainly by an open cockpit or a model on a diorama.
The set is an accessory for the build, not a kit. The model, glue, paints and decal softener are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise. Check before ordering that the set corresponds to your particular kit.
