A resin detail set in 1:32 scale from the Quickboost range by the Czech manufacturer Aires, not an aircraft kit. It contains precisely cast position (navigation) lights for a model of the British Gloster Gladiator fighter biplane. The small castings replace coarser plastic parts and allow a more faithful finish to the wingtips.
The Gladiator was the last British fighter biplane, used at the beginning of the Second World War. The position lights on the wingtips are a small but visually significant detail that rounds out the realistic look of a model.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the tiny casting blocks off carefully and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue; because of their small size, work with tweezers and good light. The lights are usually painted in transparent shades (red, green) over a silver base for an impression of gloss; sand with your airways protected.
