Hawker Hurricane Mk.IIb late version exhausts 1:32 (Quickboost)

This is a resin detail set from the brand Quickboost intended for models of the Hawker Hurricane Mk.IIb fighter in its late form, in 1:32 scale. It is not a kit of the aircraft but a set of replacement exhaust stubs, which take the place of the parts from the box with a sharper and more faithful casting. The accessory is meant for more experienced modelers.

Work tips

Wash the castings in lukewarm soapy water because of the mold release agent. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a knife and sand the surface with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Hollow the exhaust outlets out slightly for an impression of depth and bring them out with a wash and rust pigments.
