1:32 Hawker Hurricane Mk.IIc Pt 2 is the second part of the Xtradecal decal series, intended for models of the cannon-armed version of the Hurricane in 1:32 scale.

The designation second part means a continuation of the same series with different content, so it is not the same goods as the first part. The product is meant for finishing off a model that has been built and painted.
The Hurricane was older in design than its contemporaries with all-metal skinning, and precisely for that reason it was easy to repair in field conditions. The Mk.IIc version carried four 20 mm cannons and the Merlin XX engine, which improved performance at greater altitudes. Machines of this version flew in both the day and the night role, and a number of them served outside Europe, where they were given different camouflage shades suited to a desert or tropical environment. From this comes the variety of markings that can be used on models of the same version.
On a Hurricane model the roundels and the large codes often end up on the markedly rounded side of the fuselage. A round decal on such a surface tends to wrinkle at the edges. It helps to lay it on with a slight excess of water, shift it into position and only then blot the water away, so that the film straightens out by itself. With decals that pass over an edge or over an offset panel, run a fine cut along the line with the tip of a scalpel once it is dry, add a drop of softener and the film will be drawn into the recess.
