The Hawker Tempest Mk.II Indian and Pakistan roundel airbrush mask is a set of self-adhesive masking templates in 1:32 scale for spraying Indian and Pakistani roundels onto a model of the Hawker Tempest Mk.II fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a set of self-adhesive masking templates (an airbrush mask) in 1:32 scale, not a model of an aircraft. The masks make it possible to spray the Indian and Pakistani national roundels directly with an airbrush, so that sharp and evenly covered insignia come out with no decals used. The templates are matched to the size and the placement of the insignia on the Hawker Tempest Mk.II fighter, which these air forces operated after the Second World War.
You stick the pre-cut masks in the right place, cover the surroundings and spray the individual shades of the roundel with an airbrush in layers. Sprayed insignia follow the surface of a model better than decals and do not create a glossy film.
With multicolor roundels work in layers and let each color dry before the next. Apply the paint in thin layers so that it does not run under the edges of the template.
This is a masking aid. Paints and the model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
