This is a set of self-adhesive masking templates (an airbrush mask) in 1:32 scale, not a model of an aircraft. The masks make it possible to spray the registration markings, that is the identification letters and codes, directly with an airbrush. The templates are precisely cut and matched to the shape and the placement of the markings on the Hawker Tempest Mk.V fighter.
You stick the mask in the right place, cover the surroundings and spray the shade of the markings with an airbrush. The resulting codes and letters follow the surface better than decals and do not create a glossy film, which is an advantage mainly on matte surfaces.
The surface must be clean and dried. Spray the paint in thin layers so that it does not run under the edges of the template. Remove the mask shortly after the paint has dried.
This is a masking aid. Paints and the model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
