Eduard 1:32 Hurricane Mk.II exhaust fishtail (3D printed)

A refining set of fishtail exhaust stacks from Eduard in 1:32 scale. The parts are made by direct 3D printing from resin and replace the simplified plastic exhausts from the box of the Hawker Hurricane Mk.II model. It is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory that adds a faithful shape and a fine casting of the exhausts.

Use and tips

  • before gluing, wash the parts to remove uncured print resin residue and let them dry
  • carefully cut off the supports (carrier blocks) of the printed parts
  • bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate); cement for plastic will not serve here
  • sand and cut with respiratory protection, and do not breathe in the resin dust

  • more experienced builders who want to replace plastic exhausts with a more faithful part
  • anyone after maximum detail on the outside of a model

This is a resin accessory, not a model. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.

FAQ

No. It is a refining set of resin exhausts with which you replace the plastic parts on a Hawker Hurricane Mk.II model in 1:32. The model itself is not included.

Resin parts are bonded with super glue, that is, cyanoacrylate. Ordinary cement for plastic has no effect on them.

First wash the parts to remove uncured print resin residue, carefully cut off the carrier supports, and while sanding or cutting protect your breathing: resin dust should not be inhaled.
