A set of decals from the maker Red Fox Studio for Hasegawa's kit of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109K-4 fighter in 1:32 scale. It is an accessory for raising the detail of a model already built, not a kit. The particular contents of the set are stated on the box.
The K-4 version was the last series-produced form of the Messerschmitt Bf 109. It was based on the late machines of the G series, but it had a standardized airframe, a taller wooden vertical tail and a retractable tailwheel. It was powered by a Daimler-Benz 605 series engine with the option of a short-term increase in power by injecting a mixture of methanol and water. The armament was an engine-mounted cannon firing through the propeller hub and two synchronized 13 mm machine guns above the engine. It entered combat from the autumn of 1944 and served until the end of the war.
