Quickboost 1:32 OV-10A/C Bronco propellers is a resin replacement for the propellers for models of the OV-10A and OV-10C turboprop aircraft. It is a detailing accessory, not a kit of the aircraft.

It replaces the propellers from the kit with castings that have a more accurate blade profile and cleaner edges. The set is not a kit of the aircraft, it is an accessory to a plastic model of the OV-10 in the A or C version.
Why change the propellers
On turboprop aircraft the propeller blades are among the most conspicuous features and at the same time among the parts that are difficult to produce in an injection mold. A plastic blade tends to be thickened, with a blunt leading edge and with a parting line around its circumference. A resin casting manages a thinner profile and a more correct twist of the blade, so the model gains a more faithful shape without the laborious sanding of plastic, during which a blade is easily deformed.
The North American Rockwell OV-10 Bronco was a twin-engine turboprop aircraft with a twin-boom layout, intended for observation, for directing air support and for light strike tasks. The OV-10A version was the basic American configuration, the OV-10C an export variant. The engine nacelles with the propellers are placed on the wing ahead of the tail booms.
Wash the castings in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent, so that the mold release agent is removed from the surface. Cut the casting blocks off with a fine saw or a cutting disc; the blades are thin and fragile, so do not work with nippers. Level the surfaces with a file and sanding paper wet and always with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue, that is, with cyanoacrylate. Apply a primer before painting. Paint the propellers separately off the model; the blades are usually matte dark with colored stripes at the tips, so masks are easier to work with on a stand. Fit them only after the model is finished, so that a blade is not snapped off while handling it.
