Precise turned metal barrels for the twin-engine Lockheed P-38 Lightning fighter in the early build of the armament, in 1:32 scale. The set replaces the plastic parts with faithful metal barrels that raise the realism of the nose of the aircraft.
It contains barrels for the Browning machine guns of 12.7 mm caliber with finely drilled cooling jackets and tips for the 20 mm cannon in both the early and the late build, so it covers more variants of the nose. The metal barrels have a perfectly round bore and are tougher than thin plastic. They are fitted once the plastic parts have been cut off and glued in with cyanoacrylate.
