Replacement exhausts for a model of the P-51D Mustang in 1:32 scale from the Quickboost accessory line. They replace the kit part and deal with a place where the difference shows at first glance: in the large 1:32 scale everybody looks at the exhausts from close up.
The P-51D was an American fighter of the Second World War that became famous above all as an escort for bombers on long routes. You will tell it from the earlier versions by the bubble canopy and the cut-down fuselage spine, which gave the pilot a view to the rear as well. It was powered by a liquid-cooled V12 engine, and the exhaust stacks project from it in a row on both sides of the forward fuselage. Behind them a pronounced dark trail stretched along the real machines, and that is a rewarding subject to bring out on a model.
This is an add-on set for a kit. The aircraft model, paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise. The number of parts and the recommended procedure for fitting them are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
