This resin set replaces the pilot's compartment on the Panavia Tornado IDS aircraft model in 1:32 scale. It holds finely cast cockpit tubs, instrument panels, side consoles and ejection seats rendered with a fidelity that a plastic kit usually does not reach. This is not an airplane model but an accessory that raises fidelity.
The Panavia Tornado is a two-seat supersonic combat aircraft with a variable-geometry wing, developed jointly by several European states. The IDS (Interdictor/Strike) variant was meant for attacks on ground targets and for low-level penetration. The Tornado served with the air forces of several countries for a long time.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the surfaces. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and protect your airways when sanding. Pick out the instrument panels with a dry brush and a wash, and paint in the seat belts and the details with a brush.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin accessory. Glue, paints and the airplane model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
