Building and painting tips

First wash the figures in lukewarm water with detergent and let them dry thoroughly, so that the paint holds. On the plastic use a primer intended for softer materials. In the larger scale it pays to work with layering: a base tone, a darker wash into the folds and lighter edges drawn out dry. Paint the faces separately and only at the end, while they are still easy to reach. The joints of any separate parts are best held by super glue.
