Black Dog 1:32 US Aircraft Carrier Deck Crew Set No.5 is a resin set of figures of the deck personnel of an American aircraft carrier.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of figures in the 1:32 size captures members of the deck crew of an American aircraft carrier. It is a cast resin set by the manufacturer Black Dog, supplied as unassembled and unpainted parts for advanced modelers. The figures will complement dioramas and display cases with models of carrier aircraft and bring a scene on the flight deck to life.
The deck personnel of aircraft carriers filled various roles on the flight deck, told apart by the color of their jerseys and helmets, from directing aircraft through the crews of the catapults and the arresting wires to refueling and weapons. The poses of the figures match the typical work of preparing and turning the machines around.
Wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. The figures are painted with acrylics or with oils; the colored jerseys and helmets of a deck crew are a rewarding opportunity for pronounced, cleanly distinguished painting.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
