An add-on set of 3D decals for the interior of the F-15E Strike Eagle in 1:72 scale from the Kelik brand. It is not an aircraft kit, but an accessory for a part-built model. The set is cut for the Hasegawa kit; for the same type of aircraft the manufacturer also makes a version for the Revell kit, so when choosing, watch which kit you are building: the cockpits differ in size and the set for the other version may not fit.
The F-15E Strike Eagle is the two-seat strike version of the F-15 fighter. Unlike single-purpose attack aircraft it kept the full ability to fight in the air and added accurate strike in any weather to it. It first flew in 1986. The rear seat belongs to the weapon systems officer and his station is equipped differently from the pilot's front cockpit; on a model, therefore, two different sets of detail are needed, not the same one twice. The characteristic recognition feature of the type is the conformal fuel tanks along the sides of the fuselage.
