The MJ-1 family has accompanied the US Air Force since the 1950s and to this day belongs to the indispensable equipment of flight lines. The truck brings a bomb or a guided missile right up to the aircraft and raises it onto the pylon with a hydraulic platform. The driver sits to one side, because the front of the vehicle is taken up by the loading platform. The nickname Jammer is carried by this whole category of equipment. The MJ-1B/C designation matches the form the manufacturer makes alongside the other versions of the range as separate items.
The method differs from plastic. First wash and degrease the parts, cut the print supports off with a sharp knife at the mating surface and level the remnants. A dry trial assembly will show you where a support will be needed, and only then should the joint be fixed with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Do any sanding wet and with respiratory protection. In painting, reach for a primer, then for rubbed-through edges and greasy traces around the hydraulics; a fine dust on the wheels will tie the scene to its base.
