Art Scale 1:48 P-51B Mustang - The Bastards behind the enemy lines! is a set of waterslide decals with the markings of Mustangs operating over enemy territory.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of waterslide decals in 1:48 size brings the markings of P-51B and P-51C Mustang fighters whose fates are tied to flights and forced landings behind enemy lines. It is a decal sheet from the Czech manufacturer Art Scale; it is not a kit, but an accessory for finishing a completed model. It contains three color schemes, including machines connected with the Slovak National Uprising.
The early Mustangs with the Malcolm hood escorted bomber formations over Europe and the Balkans from long range. Some machines ended up behind the front while supporting insurgent operations or after being shot down, which makes their stories a strong and historically interesting subject.
For modelers building the P-51B/C Mustang in 1:48 scale who are looking for less usual markings with a historical story. The accessory does not prescribe a particular kit.
It is a decal sheet, not a kit. The model, glue, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
