A detail add-on set from the AFV Club brand in 1:35 scale with faithful 38 cm RW6-1 L/5.4 rocket projectiles for the heavy assault gun Sturmtiger. It is not a vehicle model, but an ammunition set with which you complete a loading scene, the stowage spaces or the barrel of the model itself. The set usually makes it possible to assemble several complete rockets and a decal for marking the ammunition tends to be enclosed.
The Sturmtiger was a German heavy assault gun of the Second World War, built on the chassis of the Tiger tank and armed with a huge 38 cm rocket launcher. Its ammunition consisted of large rocket-propelled projectiles, meant to destroy fortifications and built-up areas in city fighting. Their size is among the most striking features of the whole weapon.
Assemble and clean up the parts of the rockets, and glue the joints according to the material — metal parts with super glue. Once the base color of the rockets is sprayed on, use the enclosed decals and washes where wanted to bring out the detail. Set the rockets out in the stowage space, on the loading gear, or prepare one to be slid into the barrel.
This is an add-on ammunition set, not a vehicle model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
