A figure set in 1:35 scale from the manufacturer Bravo 6 with the product designation B6-35117. The 1:35 scale is shared by the overwhelming majority of models of military equipment, buildings and diorama accessories, so the figures can be worked into practically any scene of this class.
Figures determine the scale of a whole scene and decide how legible it is. Working with a small number of well-turned figures proves itself better than filling a scene with a crowd: the viewer notices one activity and imagines the rest around it. Before you glue the parts on for good, try the placement out dry and look at the scene from the side from which the viewer will most often see it.
Cut surplus material off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder with fine paper, so that the folds of the clothing are kept. Fill the seams after gluing with putty and sand them over. Then wash the surface in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent, degrease it and let it dry. Choose the glue according to the material of the parts; with parts that are not polystyrene, cyanoacrylate super glue in a small amount proves itself. Apply the paint in thin coats and let each coat dry, and only then shade and pick the edges out. At the end unify the sheen of the whole figure with a matte varnish, so that the uniform does not look plastic.
The package holds only the parts of this set. A model of equipment, a diorama base, paints, putty and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
