The set joins two wagons of the artillery train: the generator wagon designated M.16 and the ammunition wagon. What each of them served for is already clear from the German name. One carried the generator, that is the source of power for the equipment of a battery; the other carried ammunition. It is precisely this part of the artillery that is missing from modeling scenes more often than the guns themselves, while without it a firing position would not have lasted long.
According to the name both wagons are in the set, the generator one as well as the ammunition one, in 1:35 scale. The list of parts and the build procedure are stated in the manufacturer's instructions. The pair can be stood side by side in one scene, but it will serve on its own too as an accessory to a gun or to a towing vehicle.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the area with fine sandpaper. Before painting, wash and degrease the parts. Secure the joints with cyanoacrylate glue and let the larger assemblies harden in a clamp or on a flat base, so that the wagon does not stand crooked. The wheels and the lower parts will take more dust and mud than the upper surfaces, because it was precisely there that the wagon was dragged through the terrain. Metal borders and edges will be brought to life by drybrushing with a steel shade.
The set will please builders of dioramas in 1:35 scale who want to show the rear of an artillery battery, and collectors of less usual equipment. Paints, glue and other models are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
