A stand-alone resin 3D-printed figure of an artillery crewman in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian maker Spalah. The figure is meant to be assembled and painted and will bring a diorama with artillery equipment or a stand-alone display scene to life. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The figure shows a contemporary soldier in a working position at a gun, ideal as a companion to a model of a howitzer or a mortar. The finely printed surface lets the folds of the uniform and the field gear stand out and helps set the equipment in a human context.
Wash the parts free of uncured print resin, cut the supports off and sand the parting surfaces down with respiratory protection. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer for resin before painting; on the uniform, layering the base shade, lightening and dry-brushing work well to bring the folds out.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
