This resin accessory contains British ammunition boxes of the Second World War period. It is not a vehicle kit but a set of castings with which you can fill cargo beds, trailers and the surfaces of dioramas. The boxes add scale, life and credibility to a scene.
Ammunition and transport boxes are part of the standard equipment of supply and combat vehicles alike. They serve as loaded cargo, as stored supplies at guns and positions, or as stand-alone elements of a diorama. The castings capture the surface of the boxes including the metal fittings and the lettering.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks away and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Set the wood and the metal on the boxes apart by color, then bring them out with a wash and a dry brush.
A resin accessory, supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints and glue are not included in the package.
