A resin set of wheels with the casing tread of the maker Yaroslavsky Zavod, in the No. 1 form. It replaces the plastic wheels from the base kit with more faithfully cast parts. Intended for models of the Soviet light armored car BA-20 in 1:35 scale. It is not a vehicle model but an accessory.
The BA-20 was a Soviet light armored car used from the 1930s and in the opening phases of the Second World War for reconnaissance and liaison. The appearance and the tire pattern differed on period vehicles according to the casing maker. Resin wheels tend to be cast with an indicated deflection where they meet the ground, which gives a model a realistically settled look.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks away and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Use respiratory protection when sanding resin, and apply a primer before painting.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
