This is not an aircraft kit but a combined package of accessories for models of the Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-6 in the unusual large 1:35 scale. The package brings together a photo-etched detail set, steel harness belts and masking templates for the glazing and the wheels. Buying them together means having the whole set of accessories for one model in a single box.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109 G-6 was one of the most widespread versions of this German fighter. Its recognition feature was the fairings over the 13 mm guns above the engine, the so-called Beule. The G-6 version served on every front of the Second World War and became the basis for a number of further sub-versions.
Cut the photo-etch out and bend it in a bender or along a scored edge, and bond the small parts with super glue. The color surfaces of the photo-etch and of the belts can be toned. Apply the masking templates to clean glazing and wheels before spraying and lift them once the paint has dried. Metal parts hold paint well once a primer has been applied.
The accessories are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
