A modeling figure set in 1:35 scale, carried under the designation Black Power.
Responsibility details are not available.
The 1:35 scale is the most widespread size of models of ground equipment. An adult figure comes out at approximately five centimeters in it, so the carriage of the body, the folds of the clothing and the expression on the face can all be seen. A figure beside a vehicle moreover fills more than a decorative role: it gives the viewer the scale by which alone they grasp how large the machine really is, and it gives a scene action.
It comes into its own in a diorama, on a base of its own and simply next to a finished model in a display case. The arrangement looks best when the figure and its surroundings are doing something together, that is when the direction of the gaze and the gesture point at something that can be seen in the scene. What exactly the set depicts and how many parts it is made up of is given in the manufacturer's description on the packaging.
Cut surplus material and traces of manufacture off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder carefully, so that you do not lose the surrounding detail. Before painting, wash and degrease the parts. It is painted in layers: first the base tone, then a shadow into the folds and finally a lightening of the raised parts. Do the face last and at leisure, because the overall impression rests precisely on it. Tie the finished figure to the scene by using the shared shades on the surroundings as well, or it will look separate on the base.
Paints, brushes, glue, a base and a model of equipment are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
